UPDATE: BELIEVE THE REVIEWS. At 2:09 AM I went in the kitchen to make some food and seen a LARGE ROACH 🪳 in the kitchen. I absolutely hate bugs. This place is nasty! I’m pissed‼️ DO NOT MOVE HERE. PERIOD. Aspen Chase is absolutely disgusting. I contacted the property manager via email with a detailed and thorough complaint and have yet to receive any response. I also contacted the front office directly regarding a serious sanitation issue in a shared hallway. There was vomit left in the hallway, where residents, children, and pets walk daily. Instead of properly cleaning and disinfecting the area, management had someone simply vacuum it, leaving residue embedded in the carpet. I live here and accidentally dropped my phone in the dumpster when I threw my garbage away. I called the office, desperate for help and they sent a maintenance man who showed up within minutes and actually jumped into the dumpster and received my phone for me!!! They definitely deserve a 10 star rating!!

Welcome to aspen chase where they show you a bunch of pictures pretending they’re apartment complex looks amazing and friendly and safe but it’s all for looks i’ve lived here for 1.5 months and it’s been nothing but that it’s disgusting in my hallways they have random people hanging out and yelling all times of day throwing trash smoking cigarettes in the hallways . i’ve also been told that in 3 weeks they will be re doing my apartment hallways has not happened. DO NOT LIVE HERE.

I don't understand the reviews saying it's getting better, other than being pulled in by nice (but empty) customer service. In my 10+ years, this is some of the worst. I cannot believe that they allow broken toilets, harassment (including a lovely "YOU SHOULD DIE!!!" sign that I'll mention since apparently they love this threatening graffiti), and rampant theft (I've had things stolen in the five minutes I've fed my baby--literally EVERY item I've ordered in the last year and a half has been stolen) to continue despite multiple complaints over the years. Security is so bad that I'VE been lectured and chastised for reporting security issues. Cannot even give it two stars for sometimes okay maintenance, and the one good thing--great snow shoveling has been less than half-assed this year. In
