My little brother and I tried to go to the pool today but were stopped by management. We go there all the time—our grandparents live in the community, and my brother swims there regularly. However, one of the staff members stopped and questioned us, while not questioning others. How are my GRANDPARENTS supposed to come sit in the heat and watch my little brother

Current tenant. The lady up front is very nice but unfortunately it doesn’t make up for everything we’re going through living here. When we moved in the dish washer was broken and the apartment was half cleaned when we moved in despite us paying a refurbishment fee. It took them a month to bring us a new dishwasher and when they finally did it was filled with roaches and now we have an infestation in our apartment. We asked for our apartment to be sprayed it was never taken care of and now we have to wait another 2 weeks for it to be taken care of while the infestation just gets worse and worse. Not to mention my car has been broken into while living here and other cars too.While the rent price is fair I would never recommend anyone live here.

Lived here from 2015 to 2018, arguably the worst apartment manager I've ever dealt with. Not to mention poor maintenance and that garbage front gate that almost never worked. Our cars were broken into several times. The pool was basically a bath tub, and the gym was a closet. It was cheap notice I said cheap and not affordable. If you value not having a horrible apartment manager don't even bother. Hopefully they fired the lady. I had to come back just to leave this review because till this day I have never lived in a place this bad. If you're military please go elsewhere Shaw is a rough enough base you shouldn't have to come home to this apartment complex and it's many shortcomings.

Horrible management!!! It’s very frustrating when you can’t get simple task completed. Don’t bother calling the front desk because they rarely answer. When you do get an answer they always have an attitude. Today she hung up in my face, I did not raise my voice or anything. If you have a maintenance issue it’s better to have a 3rd party to take care of it. I’ve left over ten voicemails with the past couple of months and no one has returns my calls. Last week I found out the line wasn’t even recorded so I was just basically wasting my time leaving messages. Pest control is not included so you have to put in work orders just to get your apartment serviced. No matter how clean you keep you there still will be spiders and palmetto bugs. I lived at Ashton Mill apartments in 2019-2021. I would rate those 2 years as terrible. During that time my car was broken into, when I did have an emergency and actually called 911 they were unable to get into the gate at all (how does emergency service not have their own code entry) I had random maintenance man come to my door at midnight showing no credentials no proof he worked for the apartments try to gain entry to my apartment. When I called front desk nothing was done not even any type of apology for the lack of notice. There’s are only a few dog poop bag stations through out the property if there isn’t one right outside of someone’s building they will leave there dog poop there. Getting packages delivered is an awful process just be ready to pick most packages at post office. Las
