I'm not sure how you can give Ashton and Cassie less than 5 Stars. Prompt, quick, helpful, accessible, PATIENT, knowledgeable and so many more positive qualities.

Honestly we had a really disappointing experience with Ashton. If you want anything to happen on a weekend, just go ahead and find another agent, because they’re unavailable from Friday evening until Monday morning (while someone else is buying the house you love). This wasn’t the only issue. Ashton was belittling and rude in almost every communication. We ended up having to pay the termination fee even though you could tell he didn’t love working with us either. Just an over-all bad experience. Oh, also, he won’t even meet with you until you buy a house, he sends Cassie to do all the work. She was great.

Ashton and Cassie did an outstanding job helping my husband and I sell our home, as well as buy our next forever home. We were on a sensitive time crunch, and Ashton made it happen! Ashton communicated very well and he was available to us at all hours. Cassie was our first contact and she went above expectations! We are very happy.

Ashton was so great to work with! He was very informative, knowledgeable, patient and positive throughout the entire process. I had financing fall through a couple times prior to our final purchase and he stuck with us the entire time with a super positive attitude. It was a long haul and he didn't ever show any signs of losing hope on us. He connected me with my lender and was able to finally get us into a home. He kept us in the loop throughout the entire process and I can't thank him and Cassie enough! I would definitely recommend!!

Ashton and I met over two years ago. From day one, he has been professional, patient, polite and kind. He did his best to accommodate all of my requests and needs. I knew I wanted to move but had a very hard time making decisions. He was very patient with me while we looked at everything from homes to bare land all across town. I spent the last two years looking, looking and looking until I finally decided what I wanted to do. He let me look at all my options until I was able to make a decision on my own that I felt comfortable with and worked for my family. Once I made up my mind to buy land and build a home, Ashton guided me through the unfamiliar world of buying a piece of land and obtaining a construction loan. I would highly recommend him without any hesitation.
