Ashley Oaks Apartments

Ashley Oaks is a great place to live! The property manager, Holly is wonderful! She is so quick to respond and will take care of anything that needs to be taken care of timely. The maintenance and up keep of the premises is top tier. You can always find Brandon, the maintenance pro on premises to take care of any maintenance concerns you have. Holly and Brandon are the best!!

Love our little Community. Brandon is always available to fix things as soon as possible an Holly is one of the best Property Managers I know. My Fur baby likes how close we are to the Greenbelt also! Highly recommend!

Horrible experience. Had an appointment for a tour. No one showed up. A maintenance worker let me see a couple apartments after we stood outside the leasing office for a very long time. The apartments were in horrible condition. There was no way a little paint was going to fix the mess we saw. I was advised to apply for one of the apartments only to find out it was already leased. Eighty dollars wasted. Finally two days later, I was able to do a fb messenger chat with the manager. She had a nasty attitude. No thank you. This place is nothing but a money grab. They need to do better. Apparently this place is currently on auto pilot with no customer service.

Ashley Oaks is a wonderful apartment complex in a great location. Holly, the property manager, is very helpful and does a great job of answering questions and assisting in any way needed. She is the best! Brandon also does an excellent job with the maintenance, which is very appreciated.

I've been living here for almost 2 yrs and I absolutely love it. Holly the manager is the absolute best! The maintenance man Billy responds in a timely manner, everything is newly upgraded, the grounds are kept clean along with the lawn and tree care. It's quiet and if there is any problem Holly WILL solve it and that's absolutely no lie. I love living here! I wish some of the residents would take more pride in living in such a nice place and stop tearing up things that cost us ALL to fix
