Rent is high, small kitchen, long distance from parking to apartments, old apartments.
I love living here! It is super close to downtown, the property is well taken care of, anytime I have had something happen in my apartment this past year they have fixed it immediately. Staff is friendly to my pets and me. I love all my neighbors I have been here for a year. Nice quiet area
The end of your parking lot is flooded so good luck getting out or it’s not draining properly so you guys need to fix that
