Ash Springs Apartments

About a year ago, I moved out of Oak Springs apartment. I was there for two years and really enjoyed my time there. The management was awesome. The maintenance guy was amazing always helpful. Just a really good staff. I’ve since moved back in and the property manager. She is amazing helped me through everything because it was a pretty long move for me. We moved back here from Georgia. So grateful they had an available apartment

I have lived in Ash Springs since August 2024 moving to Oregon from Michigan. It is pretty quiet for the most part, I feel safe, they’re pet friendly, and the apartment is very nice. The best part of living here is Jess and her husband. They’re always friendly and helpful. Jess helped me get everything in order while I was still living in Michigan. She even did a video tour walking to the apartment for a walk through so I could see if it’s something that I wanted. Jess and her husband are visible on the grounds daily. Her husband provides maintenance and works extremely hard, late evenings, and weekends. Regardless of how busy they are, they always have a friendly hello and small chat to see how I’m doing, and if I need anything. It’s a great place to live, and sometimes yes, I can hear my

I lived in Ash Springs Apartments for about a year and a half and had a great experience. The community was quiet and friendly. Anytime I needed assistance, the management and maintenance teams were quick and helpful. I especially want to recognize Jenny Moon, she was always so kind, attentive, and supportive. Her professionalism and care made my time here even better!

I’d leave 0 stars if I could, do not move here if you get a downstairs, the floors are paper thin. We hear everything upstairs and our neighbors walk like elephants are apparently moving 24/7 because they are always running and loud. During winter no insulation and it gets cold as hell in the apartments. Management is nice and tries there best but other than that I would not recommend this place AT ALL!

It’s a wonderful place to live. People are friendly, the Assistant Manager listens and is caring. It’s clean and very tidy. So happy to live here.
