Only thing more stressful than the application page not even working was the inconsistent/sparse/vague communication from our application processor. Yes, it's very nice of you to work with us because we're disabled and my credit history but it doesn't take half an entire day to write up a lease. That being said, it was thankfully not longer than a whole week. When coming to get the keys, fobs didn't work, no password for the resident Internet, TV (nbd) sink plug broken, and AC stopped working. Shared living at this apartment is definitely for those who don’t mind a bit of unpredictability. With 1 to 3 people in each room and 3 to 4 rooms per unit, you’re looking at anywhere from 4 to 10 roommates total. Some rooms have private bathrooms, others share—same goes for the community space, which should be a cooperative zone, but expectations and reality don’t always match. You’re renting the room (not the unit), and prices range from $1200 to $2000, though it’s negotiable. Street parking only, and nighttime noise? That depends on who you end up living with. However, the private room isn't bad. However, this are the most expensive. If youre going to pay close to $2,000 for a piece of a unit, you minus well get a full unit else where. Each unit has a small refrigerator.

My experience with Ascent Weschester Apartments has been great! I appreciate the communication and engagement by the leasing office. The activities that they plan are a great opportunity for people to grow closer with their neighbors and the community around them.

Great place to stay in Weschester! The facilities are clean, new, in good order and the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive.
