Ascend Property management

Took over half a year for them to start addressing things to us instead of the previous homeowners, and then they refused to waive the accrued late fees for something we were not sent any notice of until AFTER late fees began to acrue (because again, the initial notices were sent to the previous homeowners). When presenting the chain of events to their president we were simply told we were false and they then attempted to threaten us with legal action. Truly an abhorrent experience.

I actually don't think I have ever experienced such incompetence and rudeness from any establishment, ever. Can't get ahold of anyone by phone, mailboxes full, emailed questions asked go unanswered, and any time you do get a response it doesn't actually address any of your concerns, etc. Its wild, man. Who owns this place? Why do they think it is OK to operate like this? Avoid at all costs.

The new office is definitely an upgrade. Elena is super nice, she gets 5 stars from me. Less stars because my rent has increased so much over 5 yrs. What I like most about my place is the huge kitchen and great view of Apex Park

I am moving out of my lease at Ascend right now and they have been a fantastic management company for myself and my roommate. We called maintenance for a water leak and they responded the same day and the handyman was very respectful and even repaired our broken door while he was there. They sent someone to shovel our stairs whenever it snowed and blow the dirt out of the walkways during the summers. I also filed a complaint for a very noisy neighbor (2:00am loud speakers every day for a week) and they were very accommodating and helpful. I could tell they cared about my experience at their rental. They’re always very responsive, kind, and helpful. I’ve never found them to be litigious or greedy. Giving Ascend property management a 3 star simply because they are the only bill I pay out of 10-12 other bills that I have to enter my routing number and account numbers EVERY SINGLE TIME I want to pay a bill. Meanwhile all other bills keep that info and can typically pay them in a few clicks. Time to get with the time Ascend!!
