As a realtor working with this building,horrible communications skills.You ask them once your client moves in what do they need from us and they reply nothing right now.You wait 2 weeks and they say ohhhhh you need to send an invoice then another week goes by ohhhhh you need to send another document.Bascall they don't tell you from the beginning all the required documents needed to send them.Then the manage says we are suppose to know what documents are needed from there management company.We are suppose to assume what documents are needed!!!!!! I will never refer any clients there.My client moved in January and we are in March and I still haven't been paid.

I moved into Artsquare in November 2023, and when I arrived, the building and amenities were beautiful, clean, and well maintained. But my apartment was a hot mess. It took almost 3 months and two property managers and two maintenance managers to get it in order. Unfortunately, the experience since then has not improved significantly. While I’ve never had a personal issue with any individual manager, the constant turnover results in inconsistent policies that rarely seem designed with residents in mind. It’s difficult to feel any sense of community when the staff changes so often you can’t build a connection with anyone. Johnny is the only team member who has remained since I moved in, and he has consistently been helpful and reliable. Everyone else—office and maintenance—has turned over

I've been living at Artsquare for several years now, and I have to give a massive shoutout to Johnny —he's an absolute legend! From the moment I moved in, Johnny has been the go-to hero for everything from minor fixes to those unexpected emergencies that pop up in apartments. He’s always approached every task with professionalism, a positive attitude, and top-notch expertise. What really sets Johnny apart is his reliability and genuine care for the residents. I’m not one to leave reviews, but it’s been close to a year since I moved out, and I still have not received my security deposit back. I was not provided with any damage claim that would prevent this, and I kept the apartment in excellent condition in the 2 years I’ve lived there. Any attempt at calling in for information, including showing up to the office 5+ times, was met with excuses and no actual answer. To proactively address any response ArtSquare may have to this review, they claimed to have mailed the check in July 2025, which was not received. I asked for tracking, I asked them to void the (obviously non-cashed) check and provide a new one, but nothing. Just pushing me off and excuses. They kept blaming the financial department. But everything changed after the last management shift- SPM Property Management - SPM, LLC • No one takes care of the property. • Rude and disrespectful attitude toward residents. • The employee hired to take out the trash never came at the scheduled time, but instead late at night around 9:00–10:00 PM — and he was stealing residents’ packages! 📦 He would take bags left on doors, and if he didn’t want something, he simply threw it in the dumpster.
