Tony was helpful but the whole experience was controlled by the owner we were renting from . He did not communicate that he was selling and when, legally it was suppose to be a 45 day notice . Tony took it upon his self to show us two properties one day. But after that we were on our own. The new owner was understanding about the situation and allowed extra time.
We worked with Dan Adams at Artisan Realtors to both buy and sell our home. If you are looking for a realtor that is prepared, easy to talk to, provides excellence guidance and knowledge of both homes and the market, responsive in communications, and an all around good person we would highly recommend using Dan and Artisan Realtors. For buying and selling two previous homes we had used a different realtor and the experience was NIGHT AND DAY. Dan is the best and we recommend him fully!
Hands down Jackie is the best! I couldn’t have asked for someone better than her. Always there when I needed her and was able to make everything happen fast.
