Artisan Homes at The Enclave at Summer Beach

The worst experience building a home, and we’ve built a few. Horrible communication from the get go coming from the sales team, unreturned calls, emails…nearly impossible to get a hold of. When we finally signed a contract to build and started working on modifying the plans, they fired the person in charge of that (which ironically up to that point was the only one who timely returned calls, emails and actually followed through with things). They did not tell us of her firing and took our unfinished plans and gave them to the building superintendent as the final plans. The sales team was now the go between and when we tried to rectify any issues…no return calls, emails and it turned into a disaster as many things were wrong. My experience is with the pool. Very nice setup. Around 25,000 with areas for getting together and mingling. Will be open to HOA owners/guest soon. Large homes being built and some are finished. Gated community.
