Arthur on Aberdeen

After a full day of apartment touring, we across Arthur on Aberdeen and were fortunate to be accommodated for a walk-in tour by Caitlin, the leasing agent. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the property, and the tour flowed seamlessly through the units and amenities. It felt thoughtful, efficient, and effortless. I was truly impressed by the decor, the amenities, and especially the outstanding staff at Arthur on Aberdeen. A wonderful experience overall.

Unprofessional, aloof leasing staff. Apartment has great amenities, but when touring the units, quality shortcuts were apparent and disappointing for the price range. This building overall looks great on paper, but is gilded by inconsistent staffing and poor apartment workmanship.

I lived at Arthur on Aberdeen for over a year and had a great experience from start to finish. The building is very well maintained—clean, modern, and quiet. Management is top-notch and always responsive. Will, the property manager, is super friendly and genuinely accommodating. He goes above and beyond to make sure residents are taken care of. No complaints at all—highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-run building in a great location I only regret was moving out too soon

Arthur on Aberdeen is an incredible apartment complex and I would highly recommend it to any of my clients. The leasing team is absolutely amazing!
