Arterra Place Apartments

I’ve had a really positive experience living here, and a big part of that is because of the staff. Sonya in the leasing office is always friendly, professional, and helpful whenever I have questions or need assistance. The maintenance team is also great — they respond quickly to requests and always make sure things are taken care of properly. It’s clear they all take pride in keeping the community running smoothly. I definitely appreciate the effort they put in for residents.

The quality of the service provided by the leasing staff, and maintenance staff is exceptional. The apartments are very well taken care of, the hallways are always clean, the spa/pool is well maintained, maintenance request are always completed in a timely manner even during on call hours, It's a quiet and peaceful area and i appreciate the work the staff does they really care about this property and you can tell!

1. The Issue I toured and applied for an apartment at Terra Place, and what started off great turned into a mess of miscommunication and half-truths. 2. What Happened Jennifer, the leasing agent, was friendly at first but didn’t tell me which gate to use, showed me an apartment that wasn’t actually available, and then tried to upsell me another one for $170 more — It had an "attached garage" which is partial attachment. Additionally, only some first-floor units have this option. 3. She also told me water, gas, and sewage were included in rent. Later, the lease said otherwise — they’re billed separately through a third party. Just don't move here, that's my best advice. My first year living here and my car was stolen, my apartment had cockroaches (they had to come three times to exterminate them), and someone in the office isn't the best.

I loved living in Arterra Place. The staff is amazing. If something malfunctions, it is addresses & fixed immediately. My view, well, it speaks for itself.
