Arterra Apartments

I lived at this apartment complex is horrid. 1. There is a major homeless issue behind the apartment where my truck was broken in , my partner’s car was broken into, homeless people and teenagers drink and smoke and pee infront of apartments and when reported corporate ignores it and the leasing office that is sometimes possibly open when it is supposed to be open says they will only handle it during office hours. 2. The upstairs neighbor flooded my apartment and the response was just to caulk over the cracks in the wall. Mold is in the walls. Maintenance outside of this one incident is actually the only thing about the complex that is good. 3. Trash is everywhere all the time. 4. Leasing office will send out threats about parking but when the leasing office isn’t open only thing that you

I'm happy we checked this complex out There wasnt any one in the office. No customer service. No greeting prospective residence. We wanted a ground floor but didn't expect to go down 16 steps to get to the apartment. The area we looked on our own was loud. Could hear all the b neighbors.we didn't feel Welcomed.

My family and I had a wonderful experience and we had great communication with the Arterra team. From the application process to our move in day, it has been awesome. They are very helpful and we are so thankful and excited for our new home.

Manuela is the best apartment manager I have ever worked with. She takes time to help her residents when they need it and you always feel like you are important to her and not just a rent check. Maintenance is always done in a timely fashion and without any hassle and Stepan always does fantastic job and listens to the residents concerns to make sure he addresses the whole job and not just the symptoms of the problems. I am happy to continue living here as long as they keep their excellent people around and they keep treating the residents like we matter.

Arterra is by far the best place I have lived in around the Kent area. Manuela is amazing and she worked with my family to help us have a smooth move. Stephen in Maintenance is amazing. The neighbors are friendly and not nosey like other places I have lived at. There's lots of kids playing outside and it makes it feel like a community. Any time I had a concern or maintenance issues Manuela always made sure it was addressed. Love the floor plans. All in all my family and I love our home.
