I worked with Robert Graham and had a horrific experience. Commercial real estate for my business and lessons learned on my end to get EVERYTHING in writing... told me Landlord agreed to certain amount and found out that was false directly from landlord after many months of working with him. He also works with Rockstar construction as a partner and was giving astronomical quotes no matter the project size for the layout. (Good thing I researched pricing and went with my intuition and didn't go for it) Seems a conflict of interest in my honest opinion ...
