Amy is a tremendous building manager ! If you need something , she’s on it . She’s the reason why this building is coming back to life! It was so badly neglected by the previous building manager including her son that was on sight maintenance at the time . They really left a lot of work for Amy to conquer but nothing was stopping her ! She surpassed and this building is doing better than ever before ! Honestly , living here since she’s become building manager , me and my family feel more safe and secure . She’s a great people person , She’s very nice , upfront , honest , and caring . She loves to see the building inside and outside clean not only for those that live here but for those that drive by just to see the view . The building looks great ever since Amy took ov

Manager and son host family events all the time and care deeply about things going on in your life. Was here for a year before we found a bigger place as our needs changed at the time. Loved the apartment. Everything was newly remodeled and up to date. Rooms are nice and big. Balcony for our upper apartment. A/c in unit. Lori is stern, but she's a great people person (she has a business to manage people 🙄 don't let your personal things get in the way of how she manages). Pet friendly with extra fee.

Apt. Manager is firm but fair. Very helpful and any issues that came up were handled right away. Would recommend or move back if needed. Just follow some common sense rules and you will be happy there.

I called and said "are there any apartments available". The lady said GOODBYE! Loudly and abruptly. I called again and she used the F word.
