Arrive Minnetonka

Jonathan was out today to change my filters and adjust my heat vents, and as always, he was wonderful! He’s patient, thorough, cleans up after every task, and even checks in about past visits. Bonus points for carrying a heavy food-drive box out for me, total ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ service! Shout-out to the whole maintenance crew—Mike, Anthony, Jacob, and Nick, plus our amazing cleaners and hardworking grounds team who keep everything sparkling! And of course, the office dream team, Kasey, Erin, Evan, Megan, Za’riyah, and Olaite—always ready with a smile. Arrive Minnetonka truly feels like home! The buildings are clean and smoke-free, the grounds are beautifully kept, and the community vibe is unmatched. Evan took extra precautions to ensure my elderly mother and her friend were able to get in and out of the building without a slip and fall during the inclement weather we had , it was greatly appreciated. Erin is always helpful, actively listening,, and supportive. Kacey plans great events and the whole team steps up for community engagement. Mike, Jon, and all the maintenance crew are quick and courtesy! The grounds are wonderful we have fountain's, walking paths, gym, outdoor pool, grills, patio’s, and both child and dog parks on the property.

Arrive Minnetonka is a great place! I have been here for a little over a year and resigned the same lease to stay another year. I moved here a year ago from the east coast and the experience dealing with everyone at the office has been incredible! Anytime there’s maintenance that needs to be done, they are quick to respond and fixes things right away. I have enjoyed walking around this complex during the warmer months. It is in an amazing area. And the clubhouse, pool, and gym has always been clean! Although, sometimes you can hear your neighbors from above occasionally. It comes with being in an apartment with other people and families. I have enjoyed my time here and I will enjoy it for another year!

This is my second time living here, first time back in 2018 and now another 2 year stint and just renewed my lease. The staff here is by far the best I’ve ever experienced, and I’ve lived at multiple nice apartments in the metro. Every single time something needs attention, they are on it! From leasing needs, Erin, Evan, Megan, Kacey, Za’riyah… to maintenance requests; Mike, Jacob, Jon, Anthony, Nick….. I know them all by name, truly an exceptional team and a big part of why I continue to renew here!

We “arrived” at this community in June. The friendly office staff was very helpful in our transition. We enjoyed the crystal clean pool all summer and appreciated the fact that it remained open into October when the weather stayed warm! The community events are a nice bonus. We enjoy the walking trails on site as well as the ones close by. Also the Luce Line trail is in close proximity to Arrive. The maintenance team goes over and above when responding to requests for service. To top it off, the location is second to none as far as getting around the Twin Cities. We tell everyone how great it is to live at Arrive Minnetonka 😊
