ARQ Residences

We lived with my husband at ARQ for two years, from July 2023 to August 2025. I really love this place. Amazing views, great appliances, amenities, and management. We had an issue with the upstairs neighbors, but after a few calls and emails it was resolved. I’d definitely recommend this building for long-term living.

I lived at ARQ from Nov 2021 to Oct 2025. I started in a 1-bedroom, then a 2-bedroom, and finally a corner penthouse (northwest). Here’s my very honest breakdown of pros & cons by category 👇 🏢 MANAGEMENT PROS: Matt (GM) was always SO HELPFUL when he needed to step in, and he was there before I was! I appreciate him for all he does. CONS: There have been a few different managers over the years… and management really makes a difference. ⭐️ BUT Shoutout to Brandon! He’s hands-down the best manager ARQ has ever had (and honestly one of the best anywhere I’ve lived). Genuine, helpful, personable. He truly cares. A burst pipe damaged 80 apartments in this building. That’s infrastructure failure on a massive scale, and what followed was worse. Residents were given 24-hour eviction notices to vacate their units so repairs could begin. No temporary housing arranged, no reimbursement offered. People came home to find strangers in their apartments doing “inspections” with no prior notice. The building has one working elevator serving the entire complex, with wait times pushing 30 minutes. And if you’re fed up enough to want to break your lease and leave? That’ll cost you a penalty fee. The lease also conveniently includes a no class action clause, so good luck organizing any legal response. This is a luxury building with luxury pricing. The amenities look great on the tour. My experience at ARQ has been truly exceptional. From management and leasing to the front-of-house team, everyone is accessible, attentive and genuinely focused on ensuring residents feel well taken care of. Brandon is a standout— 10/10 committed to delivering outstanding resident service, which is a rare gem these days. Amani has also been fantastic, ensuring that from move-in and beyond, the ARQ experience remains seamless and unparalleled. Rebecca, is simply phenomenal and attentive and welcoming. Truly, I’m grateful for not only this property but for the community that’s been built here. For those on the hunt a safe, clean and community-driven living environment, ARQ is the choice.

Arq is an amazing property to live in for several reasons-the two top reasons are the staff and the amazing amenities. Brandon and the Arq team do a great job at managing the day to day activities and excel at ensuring the residents are taken care of. We couldn’t be happier living at Arq. The pool, hot tub and shared spaces are top notch. Any repairs that we have needed are managed through the app and addressed quickly. The amenities are what you would find at higher end properties.
