Customer Reviews
I toured this community this morning and had such a great experience. Taylinn was my leasing agent, and she was absolutely wonderful—very personable, easy to talk to, and even got me in earlier than my scheduled time. She really paid attention to what I cared about, showing me the dog bath, walking areas for my pups, and even helping me visualize how my furniture could fit in the apartment. The community itself was clean with no trash around, and the apartment I saw was nice and tidy. While some of the appliances could use a little updating, Taylinn still helped me find a floor plan that works perfectly for my needs. Overall, a fantastic experience!
Extremely friendly office staff and extremely easy to work with. Margaret was super nice and very helpful. I toured 3 places an hour before they closed and set my move-in date for the end of the month. some things came up and she helped me move my date up get everything squared away and moved in 3 weeks early.
My family and I moved in about a month ago, and unfortunately, our experience has been extremely disappointing. We are now locked into a one-year lease and deeply regret that decision. Before moving in, we were promised a move-in incentive to be applied to our first month’s rent. When rent was due, that incentive was not applied due to an error on the office’s end. Instead of correcting the mistake internally, we received a rent notice and eviction threat posted on our door. This was not only upsetting but humiliating. Neighbors began making assumptions and accusations & even antagonizing us, about our family because of something that was entirely the result of management’s failure to honor their agreement. When the issue was finally corrected, we initially received only a brief, two-sen
We have lived here for about 5 months and love it. Maintenance is always timely and very kind. The leasing office staff is responsive and helpful with any needs and made the move-in process easy! The amenities are great- especially the dog washing station that is a short walk down the block. The community is quiet and friendly. Within the area there is a fenced in dog park, paved paths, and plenty of space to walk/play with our dog. Each street has bag dispensers and garbage cans for pet waste.
I lived in a 500 square foot studio apartment with no washer/dryer for reference. I understand that sometimes you pay for the area, which is why I was okay with my $1350 rent. But tell me how I paid over $1600 a month when my lease was for $1350? I ended up paying an extra $220-$270 a month towards utilities and fees provided by the complex, which is absurd given that I was a single person living in one of the only studio apartments. I now live in a one-bedroom with washer/dryer and is over double the size of that apartment and I pay $70-$100 less in rent/included utilities than what I did living there. On top of that, my electric bill was through the roof with no explanation as to why. In my current, much larger apartment, I pay $90 LESS in electric per month than I did there. When I mo
