Aria Landings

I am a tenant since July 2024 and I can say that I was treated with respect since I moved in, amid of all this rent raising that's going on, I can say so far that it's a good community to live in. Btw, the young lady at the office if I am not mistaken her name is Faith, that girl needs a Raise for all the work she do. She is such a sweetheart she is kind and efficient. Manager, if you get to see this review, please make arrangements to give Faith a raise which she well deserves. I don't say this just because I had a nice day or because I am in a good mood, I am saying it because it is the truth and we all see it. Thank you, Aria Landings for making me feel that I am at Home.

Trash is always overfilled and on the floor and no one bothers to clean. It was there for about 2 weeks with flies everywhere. And what makes it even better is that the only benches in the whole complex were right night to the trash bins. Kids are always running around unsupervised and making everything super dirty and it wouldn’t be a problem if maintenance cleaned more often. I’m scared when the pool opens how that’s going to look.

Really wish you guys would take care of things like this. It’s a terrible eye sore

So upset right now with the big bright lights they have it right in front of my bedrooms window. Could not sleep at all and had to get up for work I was so tried This is unacceptable and why y’all have those big lights from the football stadium in the apartment complex. The worst up grade ever

I am experiencing significant dissatisfaction with the customer service I have received. A promised refund of $350, initially expected two months ago, has not been received despite assurances from a Brittany in your office that it would be mailed. Repeated calls and numerous voicemail messages have gone unanswered.
