Vanessa has been amazing! From the beginning of the application to my move-in. My new apartment is gorgeous. The community is clean and well maintained. It’s so peaceful at night. Loving the area and happy to be a resident here.

Since I moved in Antonio seems to always be working on something & never idle. I had a quick question for him, and he was immediately available and happy to help. When I submitted a maintenance request, he showed up in less than an hour to assess the issue and got it fixed right away. Truly great service. Thank you, Antonio!

January 20, 2026 We had a great experience with our maintenance technician, Antonio. He arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue with our dryer, and explained the problem in a clear and professional way. The repair was completed efficiently, and the dryer has been working perfectly since. He was courteous, respectful of our apartment, and clearly takes pride in his work. Poor management due to unprofessional behavior. Vanesa, the manager, consistently treats residents with disrespect. Her attitude is rude and unhelpful, and it feels like she has no interest in listening or helping. This kind of treatment is unacceptable for people who pay to live here. Very disappointing experience.
