Argos by Soltura

I’ve been at Argos since October and I really enjoy it. It’s quite, great office of staff and maintenance crew. They host many events. The North colonial linear Park is behind the property so you can walk for miles and miles without interruption.

Living at Argos by Soltura in Fort Myers has honestly been such a blessing for our little family. From the very beginning, the front office has been so kind and welcoming. She is always patient, helpful, and genuinely sweet especially to my baby. It might seem small, but those little moments of kindness truly make a difference. Maintenance has been just as wonderful. There’s one maintenance guy, and he is always quick to take care of anything we need. He’s professional, respectful, and always waves and says hello when he sees me and my baby out for our walks. It makes the community feel personal and cared for. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and well-maintained. We feel safe, comfortable, and truly at home here. I moved into Argos by Soltura about a month ago and signed a 15-month lease. From day one, my experience has been very positive. The apartments are modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed, and the quality of the finishes really stands out. The move-in process was smoother than I expected. The leasing office staff has been responsive, approachable, and genuinely helpful whenever I had questions. Common areas are well maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the community is calm yet enjoyable. The location is also a big plus, and when combined with the layout of the community and the amenities offered, it makes living here very comfortable. We have resided here for 7 months and couldnt ask for more! Everyone in the community is super nice including all the staff member members. Maintenance is always on go if needed. The dog park is like our second home for our puppy. We enjoy spending the weekend down by the pool under the shaded cabanas. Super happy about our move in here and don’t regret it at all!

The office staff were incredibly kind and supportive throughout the rental process. This is truly the most beautiful complex I’ve seen in Fort Myers!
