I’ve been a resident at Arezzo Apartments since 2016, and it’s truly been a pleasant experience. I originally moved into a three-bedroom, two-bath unit with my daughter, and we lived there for many years. In 2024, my husband and I decided to move to a downstairs two-bedroom, two-bath, and the transition was smooth and easy. Over the years, the management team has been great about keeping up the property and helping residents with upgrades when needed. When you’ve been in your unit for a while, they’ll review requests for new flooring, paint, or carpet based on how well the apartment has been maintained. I’ve always taken great care of my home, and they’ve always been responsive and professional. Recently, they replaced the floors in my new unit, and the maintenance team did an amazing jo

We moved here about a year ago. It was definitely a rough start with different managers, but the current manager is amazing! Benjamin really has saved Arezzo. He is attentive and goes above and beyond to make sure your every little need is met and is met well. The apartment itself it nice. Walls are very thin so you can hear everyone all around you. They are older units so they don't stay insulated well. The lighting is nice in the units, very large doors and windows to allow lots of sunlight in. Overall, it is a good place to be!

I live here and really like it. Such a nice little spot with a wonderful view and breeze when we open the doors. The parking could be better and is tight but overall, very satisfied with where we live right now. Benjamin Sheppard is great at managing the property and is very nice. Would recommend Arezzo.

I am a current tenant here and I can say that since Benjamin has taken over this year there has been great improvements. He puts tenant needs first and tries to take care of the situation asap. The property is always taken care of as far as landscaping, and it is a calm residential area. It also has a gym/club house for recreational use, a long with a pool and jacuzzi 👍

I have been living here for about 3 years now and I greatly enjoy it. Neighbors are friendly and nice. The community is also very clean quiet, and pet friendly ! I also appreciate how quickly things get taken care of when needed. (:
