Ardmore Apartments

I've lived at Ardmore since it opened. Management and maintenance are top notch. The apartments have lots of storage and top of the line appliances & finishes. I cannot recommend Ardmore enough. You can walk just about everywhere downtown so if you don't have a car it isn't a problem.

I lived at the Ardmore for three years and very much enjoyed my time there. I rarely had an issues, and when any did come up, Ardmore management addressed and resolved them within the next day. They also made the leasing process very straightforward when I was looking to move out and transition to a house.

Living at the Ardmore has been a truly great experience. From what I understand, this is a locally owned management company and their values reflect it. They have always made us as the tenants feel valued which is something hard to come across. The location is probably the best that downtown has to offer and the loft units are unmatched. Jordan from maintenance has always been responsive and done his best to get any issues resolved.

I moved into the Ardmore two months ago. If you are looking for a friendly and beautiful place to live close to Mass Ave., then there are no better options than this place. The staff is super friendly, the residents are diverse and remind you of that Indiana hospitality. The apartments are well designed and the furnishings are high end. Everyone here goes above and beyond to make you feel at home and to help you in anyway they can. I'm so happy I chose to move here!

The office does not answer or return calls, nor do they respond to online inquiries. If this is the way they treat prospective clients, then one could only imagine how neglectful they are with their own tenants. I would recommend not wasting your time contacting this property.
