I was told via text that if I was interested in leasing something I needed to apply immediately due to the fact that rental properties do not last more than 2-3 days. I applied immediately after the property was listed. After three days I called to inquire and was told someone would be calling me. I continued to call every 2-3 days and it was always the same response. They are in a meeting and someone will get back to you. I just wanted to know where we stood. We have very good credit, employment and a great rental history. On the last call, I insisted on a refund of the application fees. I was eventually given a refund, hence the one star.
