They do a great job, that is reasonable most of their properties are all bills paid, most have been remodeled and anytime there is an issue with plumbing etc. They respond immediately and work with families to try to help with any needs that life throws at you.
The property they have on 5th and Shawnee is directly next to my building and I will say this.. the lawn care is so careless. They mow the grass onto the porches and don’t even blow the stuff off until the next day..THE NEXT DAY.. I witness it all the time when I’m out walking my dog. Also they need to try and do more structural repairs.. If nothing gets done I’ll be contacting the city.. I feel sorry for those families. DO BETTER
