Arcadia Park

This complex is horrible Carla the manager never comes out of her office .Let me tell you if you smoke cigarettes don't walk in there smelling like smoke because she will have a fit like a baby and tell you not to walk back into the office if you are going to be smoking . I was going to rent there but after her blowup at me I found another place to go . This is one manager that needs to go to school on how to be nice to customers and learn management skills I don't know how she is still there if she is like this with everyone. She went beck into her office and closed her door. I would not send anyone here to rent or to deal with her ,I almost wanted to ask her where she got her management skills from because I know that you don't treat people the way she did .I sat in my car and watched mo

Horrible place to live if you want peace and quiet. The rental price is great and so is maintenance, along with the lady that cleans the Laundry rooms. Now the ones that supervise or are in charge of the living establishment are doing a horrible job. Neighbors upstairs allow the children to jump on the floor which disturb the unit below. I've complained several times nothing has been done. The noise level is out of control, from the time the kids get out of school is nonstop yelling, throwing rocks, throwing soccer balls that constantly hit your window or destroy your plants. Several families wash there close by hand and hang them out to dry on the patio over the fence they also take out their living room rug out and wash on on the sidewalk and leave outside to dry. It’s a quiet community, close to good schools and the business center of Tucson (Williams Center and 5250 Broadway). They host community events for everyone to get together and meet their neighbors. The grounds are clean and though it is not gated, we do not have problems with random wonderers wondering onto the property. Security is top notch. I feel at home here in Arcadia Parks.

A quick note: For the three years I lived at Arcadia Park Apartments, the rent was reasonable, staff was amazing, and my living experience inside the apartment was great. At the end the day you should consider this place when choosing where to live! This apartment complex is a mixed bag, leading to a 3 star rating from me. While the apartment units and public areas felt safe and well-maintained, the parking lot and surrounding neighborhood were unfortunately high in crime. What's more frustrating is the complex seemed to do very little to help residents with damaged or stolen property, which is a huge concern. The laundry experience was consistently poor. This apartment complex is so beautiful and has a new fitness center. Pool and grounds are always taken care of and I love the secured package lockers. Carla, the manager, and Kristen, the assistant manager, are so compassionate and caring when it comes to resident concerns. The apartments are a bit dated but they have remodeled units that are very nice! Overall a great place to be!
