Arc Apartments are new and pretty nice all around. The finishes are modern, everything feels clean and fresh. What really stood out to me though was the management team. I had a pretty rough experience with a neighbor, and it was stressful at the time. But the staff didn’t ignore it or make me feel like I was overreacting, they stepped in, took it seriously, and worked with me to make it right. That meant a lot. It’s easy to find a nice-looking apartment. It’s not as easy to find a team that actually cares about their residents and backs it up with action. I’m genuinely grateful for how they handled everything. If you’re considering moving there, I’d definitely recommend them.

Brantley and Anna are AMAZING managers to work with, very welcoming, extremely helpful with anything I’ve ever needed, by far the best complex to rent at in great falls! This is why I signed a new lease with them! Great units, great amenities, and even better staff!! If you’re looking for a place to call home this is the place!!

I never usually file any kind of complaint or anything like that. We had moved to this place from another city for business reasons. We had very good communication with Maggie, the manager in charge during my entire stay at Arc Apartments. One of our multiple businesses is cleaning, so our lease came to an end. No one told us that Maggie would no longer be in charge of the apartments. Suddenly, another manager named Bradley arrived without us knowing. Before leaving the apartment, I took a walk with Mary to see if my apartment would be ready to move out. Without a doubt, everything seemed clean and there were no problems. I had misplaced a receipt for the carpet cleaning, but otherwise, in the eyes of the on-duty manager, Mary, everything seemed clean. She checked every corner of my apart

I had high hopes for this place based on its appealing appearance and reasonable cost, but my experience has been far from satisfactory. First and foremost, the staff has been appalling. One lady in particular gave me a mean-mugged look and muttered something under her breath. Secondly, my neighbors’ exterior wall appears to be in disrepair, so I reported it to maintenance. However, he responded with a puzzled expression, as if I were speaking a different language, and completely disregarded the issue. It’s evident that they don’t care about military families; their sole concern seems to be ensuring timely rent payments. Furthermore, management has shown no inclination to address the problems, so don’t waste your breath complaining to them.

I cannot express enough how amazing the property manger and grounds crew are. I always feel so welcomed anytime i'm around them. After many years of moving for work. The Arc and the Farran Property Management folks are so far beyond the best when it comes to cleanliness, respect, and hospitality.
