Arbours at Kingsland Apartments

If I could give this place a 0, I would but it won't let you. This place has the worst mold, mildew and bug issues and no one is held accountable. The property manager at the time was Valerie and she told lies. When I first moved in the apartment had previous bed bugs, flea issues and I was never aware until the day I signed my lease. I moved on in because she assured me everything was taken care of. I moved on in and had mildew issues, SEVERELY!! She told me that the complex knew that the apartments were built on marsh land and that was going to be the norm. I was also told to keep my ac on 72 to keep the mold and mildew from growing. My daughter and I froze EVERYDAY!!!!! Mold was still coming back and all the maintenance man was doing was wiping the mold off the vents and repainting the

Maintenance/ Management is absolutely terrible I’ve been dealing with black mold and spiders for the longest time they don’t do pest control, or change out air filters and they ignore all work order requests. My fire alarm has been take down by maintenance and never replaced my kitchen lights have been out for months and my AC has now been broken for weeks. The office is literally there for show because none of them actually do their jobs and I work at an apartment complex as a leasing consultant so I know how things are supposed to be handled. Do Not Lease With Them!

Please keep Ms. Valerie here forever !! I love her so much, she so sweet and funny and very helpful. The maintenance is very helpful and polite as well. If it wasn’t for Ms. Val I would’ve probably moved back home by now and I’m so glad that I didn’t because I love living here! It’s really comfortable and affordable! They keep the area nice and clean all the time. so far all my neighbors are cool no complaints. Everything in the apartment works great so no complaints there either lol. I also love how quiet it can be over here it’s very relaxing. If you’re thinking about moving here I’ll always recommend you to Ms. Val she’s The Best !!!!!

I guess you're not supposed to call and ask questions about the requirements. The lady who answered the phone had an attitude from the beginning, ma'am that's your job, get another one if you're not happy. Good luck to whoever has to deal with that.
