Arbor View and The Pines

I lived at The Arbor View and Pines Apartments for 3 years, and overall I had a very good experience. Management was always professional and respectful, and I never had any issues with them during my time there. Whenever I needed maintenance, the few issues I had were fixed promptly. The maintenance team was reliable and responsive, which I really appreciated. The community itself is quiet and comfortable. The only thing I would mention is that noise can depend on who lives above you. You can sometimes hear footsteps from upstairs neighbors. However, this is common in many apartment buildings and wasn’t a major problem for me. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place. It was a stable, well-managed, and comfortable home for the 3 years I lived there.

I lived here for four years and always found a lot of respect and harmony in the neighborhood. There are people of all nationalities. The people who run the place are wonderful; they always host lovely events for the community. The gym is good, and the pools are great. Maintenance could be improved because it takes a while to get serviced.

If I could give less than a 1 I would. I lived on Robert Ave and had to deal with homeless people in the woods, my car was broken into by homeless which still are living back there, we had people smoking crack and cigarettes in our hallway, to top off my final straw with this place we had some uncleanly tenants who brought cockroaches into our building. Despite several complaints to the leasing office they waited too long to deal with this situation so everyone ended up with cockroaches. All I asked was for them to pay my moving expenses and they refused to do so but rather lie to me and tell me they have the cockroaches under control. Disgusting and do not rent from them it doesn’t pay to be a good tenant and do the right thing and pay your bills and rent on time.

Disgusting ! Do not move here !!!!!!! My dog had gotten sick so many times from living here !!! Dog crap everywhere and my dog was attacked multiple times and had to go to emergency vet because he was bitten. My building was infested with roaches and pest control said there was nothing else they could do to help because it was too late when they did end up finally coming months later!!!!

DO NOT RENT HERE! When we moved in, the carpet was STILL dirty from the previous tenant, and had black stains from water on the bathroom tile. They did NOT clean the washer and dryer prior to us moving in.. and had mold in the machines. There was cat/dog kibble on the kitchen floor.. keep in mind I do not own a pet. I am convinced they didn’t even try to clean the apartment because, when we moved out, they charged us 100$ fee for having a crumb left in the freezer and 75$ for not completely sanitizing our microwave….. And $50 for “non-compliance with renter’s insurance” A MONTH AFTER WE MOVED OUT. (Our initial lease said we didn’t need to have it.. but they changed that rule later). And.. our fridge kept leaking and we messaged maintenance to fix it but they only did a one day fix and it s
