Arbor Ridge Apartments

If you’re looking for luxury, move downtown. If you’re looking for a reasonable, realistic place to make home, this is it. I stayed in a 1b/1 bath apartment on the 3rd level & would do it again. Pros: - amazing maintenance staff. they hold the entire complex together. they go above and beyond - low credit requirement - varied payment options (I was able to split rent into 2 payments per month) - 1 bedroom unit buildings are quiet - very safe. accidentally left keys in the door overnight numerous times, nothing ever happened Cons: - the roach problem is real. you can definitely get a handle on things. but especially when there’s a move out in the building, or a cold snap, there’s a lot of german cockroaches. ask the office for WEEKLY pest control. - rotating management staff. within 14 mo

We had a 2 o’clock appointment to come in and see the one Bedroom apartments. We get there on time and come to find out. They don’t even have a one bedroom to show us. Now mind you we had an appointment to see the one bedroom scheduled for 2 o’clock appointment reminders text reminders all the things we were there for a one bedroom and they did not have one available to show so we left without even having a tour . No, I’m not happy. No, that was rude. No, I’ll never come back. No, no no!

I have lived here for 3 years, the longest in my building and now I see why. This place is getting more and more ridiculous as the years pass. The water damage to my apartment was not fixed. They just simply stopped the leak upstairs. Also, when maintenance left my apartment they left my door unlocked for hours- I will be pressing charges for the items that were stolen. The front office never answers the phone so you have to physically walk in. When you do walk in there’s a new person, hiding in the back office, with the same nasty attitude. This will be my last lease renting from this place. I would brake my lease, but you have to pay 4x the rent to do so.

I have had a great experience living here at Arbor Ridge. April has been friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable from our first conversation. The maintenance team here has been so helpful, resolving all of our issues the day we submit a request. I love the layouts, there is a good amount of storage space and I especially love how spacious the kitchen is. These may not be “luxury” apartments, but for the price this spot can’t be beat!

DO NOT MOVE HERE!! My boyfriend and I’s apartment got broken into and the property manager and regional manager both told me it’s not their responsibility to make sure we are safe. I told them I was scared for my life and they literally laughed in my face and said I think your boyfriend can protect you. They do not care about the safety of their residents at all and apparently think it’s funny. The security cameras around the place are fake and the doors are broken to enter the building. All we want to do is move out and they are trying to charge us $2600 to leave this dangerous place, forcing us to stay here.
