Arbor One Apartments and Townhomes

If I could give 0 starts I would. (second edit: Tenants are organizing and I urge anyone living here to join the collective action against this place. Know your rights, escrow your rent, demand better conditions) (Edit: I have since broken my lease because of the uninhabitable conditions, I have met many people that also have, management will try to scare you with fees and timing, if your problems with them are like mine, you can leave, they can try to bring you to court, but are unlikely to because they know it's a loss, just document everything and don't let them intimidate you, send a letter stating you will be moving because they did not hold up their side of the lease, and put all communications with them in writing, even if they call you, sum up what was said in an email and send t

There’s literally black mold here, called 3 times and reported it (have it on recording) written letters, haven’t been provided an email to send communication to and the black mold is still there, they really do not care about the safety of their residents, and it’s more then one apartment complex that has black mold! If you value your health and life, do NOT move here

I wouldn’t even give this place a one Star honestly. We have lived here for less than 1.5 yr, and have had nothing, but issues. Our apartment was broken into with threats of us being shot. Helped relocate us to another one of their apartments. My car was stolen from a location in eye sight of the office, and we have a list of maintenance requests that haven’t been addressed. This place collects your money in return for nothing but a roof over your head. You’re not protected or safe living here.

I lived in two different units here from 2021-2023. I came back to write a proper review because I've never been so grateful to be living somewhere else. I understand they are cheaper than some areas (and always have open units) but that is for a reason. I wish I did not get stuck in the trap that is ArborOne. First off, these apartments are a nightmare. If you are looking to rent here, I recommend finding somewhere else unless you like living with: cockroaches, ants, spiders, other bugs, violent neighbors, flooded floors, flooded ceilings, broken windows, locks that don't work, AC that doesn't work, heat that doesn't work, maintenance that doesn't exist, management that doesn't care, dirty apartments, trash in parking lot, trash in hallways, packages that get stolen, and many many other

I have been calling LR Management since last Sunday (3.21.2021) about the leak and flood issue in my apartment. I have left several messages over the past week with LR Management and haven't received not one call back from them! The leak came from the upstairs unit's toilet (sewer water). It leaked 3 days in a row, we were told we weren't getting put into a hotel room because it wasn't their policy. Then on Wednesday (3.24.2021) we got a call saying that we will now be put into a hotel due to it being ANOTHER leak from a different pipe. its been a week and my apartment looks a whole lot worse now. The property manager Amy Vujnov at Arbor One has been extremely rude and unprofessional! If she's not in a "meeting" she's outside smoking cigarettes and cannot speak to us. We've spoken to her 3
