Sales center and design center were top notch, and the community itself is really nice and friendly. House construction not so much, when you are building a 400K+ house things should be done right the first time. We have so many problems, its really irritating. I know on my house they have cut a lot of corners and we are now just finding them one after another. Time for Taylor Morrison to get it together and fix their construction problems. Luckily their warranty guy Brian is awesome, he is getting things taken care of....however I should have never been here to begin with. If you get troy king as your building superviser, request someone else.... he's awuful.
