Ashley was so wonderful and professional! She made my move in process so easy and seamless. From beginning to end, a smooth move in process! She’s really amazing and thorough! If I could give her 100 stars I would, she and Arista are awesome! A huge pleasure to work with them to get me and my family into our new home!

I’ve lived in this complex for the past 3 years. After about 6 months, everything started to go downhill. Multiple management changes, yearly breaking of air conditioning, lack of communication from the front office, maintenance felt as if it wasn’t a necessity. Many, many issues my roommate and I have fought through in the past 3 years. In the short time that this new management group has been here, I’ve had more help and communication than I have in the last 3 years. Ashley is amazing, very quick to respond to emails and calls, even with her busy schedule. She has also had her maintenance team clear up many lingering issues we’ve had in our unit in a very swift and professional manor. Arista is amazing as well. I would like to shoutout the current maintenance team for their quick response to a service request. Placed the request on an evening and less than 24 hours my service request was completed. Their open-communication allow me to understand the complexity of the problem, which in turn, allow me to appreciate their work and effort. I also appreciate the attentiveness of the manager (Arista) for reaching out before and after the service was finished.

I did not have a scheduled appointment and stopped by the property as a drive-by while searching for apartments. Ashley assisted me during my visit and was extremely helpful. She took the time to provide a tour, explained the application process thoroughly, and answered all of my questions regarding leasing requirements and availability. I appreciated how informative and welcoming she was, which made my apartment search much easier. Overall, the level of customer service and leasing information provided was excellent.

We moved around the same time the new management team was taking over. Ms. Arista & Ashley have done an awesome job improving the community. Always having small parties for everyone to meet and get to know the community. Thank you for doing such a great job!
