This place is absolutely horrible! There is a huge roach infestation. And the manager Amy doesn't really do much to get rid of them. She did have an exterminator come but whatever they did it didn't work because they are worse than ever. There are a lot of other reasons to steer clear of this place. The Roaches and Amy are the biggest reasons. Im going to make a separate review specifically for The Manager Amy when I have the time.

This is a very overdue review for Arbor Court. We lived here from October 2022 to October 2023 and I couldn’t wait to get out of here. There was a terrible roach infestation that got better but then worse. We dealt with so many problems here including the bathroom ceiling caving in at 2am in the area above the shower. Cypress is a very convenient city and we loved the neighborhood but unfortunately the roaches and the lizards just made it so uncomfortable. Management was very kind to us despite all the issues so I have nothing negative to say about them or the maintenance staff.

Lived here for a couple of years before moving. The good: grounds were always maintained, maintenance was pleasant, the fitness center was clean, and there were some sweet neighbors. The not so good: - Very hot in the summers: for 1-bedroom apartments, there is only a wall AC in the bedroom and no windows in the kitchen, living room or bathroom (also, the bathroom's air vent was very weak but very loud). There is technically the sliding door to the "patio," but the "patio" wall denies airflow. I noticed many neighbors adding a portable AC unit to their living rooms. - Weak water pressure for shower and sink: even after having heads replaced, within weeks both were back to really subpar water pressure. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE APARTMENT MANAGERS! Outdated apartments with a funky smell. Instead of fixing major issues, management just paints over ceiling and wall cracks. The carpet is horrendous and clearly not clean. Most concerning, Amy the manager was terrible — rude, condescending, and extremely unprofessional. She frequently made negative remarks about former tenants, which she found amusing, but came across as highly inappropriate. Amy should either retire or resign, as she appears incompetent and does not reflect the professionalism expected from Western National. I would have assumed this company would hold its managers to higher customer service standards, but unfortunately, Amy sets the bar extremely low. I 've Been to This Property a few times already Building is well maintained . and the Onsite Managers Amy and Remy are always Pleasant. I picked up Good vibes from this place. Everything will work out
