Aragon Woods Apartments

This place literally went downhill the last 6 months since Raechel left. But Josh saved the day. Let me explain: so today we got our apartment cleaned out for move out day. We tried to return our keys since move out date is May 1st and we’re moving out today April 30th— however the property manager is on vacation early. Her email said “May 1st” she will be leaving for vacay— it’s April 30th and she’s already gone. So no one’s at both offices, even tho it says they WILL be there til May 1st. They won’t answer the phones or emails. We called over a dozen times. So we just left our keys in the apartment on the counter and left it unlocked because there’s literally no where else to bring them. It's a cheap apartment in a decent area. You get what you pay for. They aren't fancy but they aren't the worst place around by far. I would recommend it to someone looking to save money. Management is friendly and quick to respond. All the neighbors are quiet and there doesn't seem to be any crime in the neighborhood. The apartments were built in the 80s so there is some wear and tear. I am in an older unit but i know they have been remodeling quite a few of them. Overall I would recommend.

These apartments are under new management! Bianca, the leasing agent, is friendly and quick to provide all the necessary information. I was in a bit of a bind and needed to find a place to live in less than a week. In just a few days, my new apartment was located and the pricing here is the best that I’ve been able to find. Come check them out!

I've been helping my friend move out and she's only ever had problems dealing with the new management. They have been completely unreachable and unhelpful regarding maintenance and moving out. Phones unavailable and no one in the office during supposed open hours. The office mailbox literally has cobwebs. EDIT: Josh, the head of maintenance was around and helped us out a lot. Great guy working for a not-so-great company.

Since the time that Aaron took over as Aragon Woods Apartment manager I had a really good experience. His attention to detail and personal attention to the property is excellent. Any issues were resolved as soon as possible. Aaron takes pride in his work and it shows. He made for a welcoming environment, as well as a.sense of pride as if the property were his. Aaron is 1st class professional and i will recommend Aragon Woods to anyone.
