I don’t know if the agent was taking me seriously. But regardless I still needed help finding properties and I haven’t gotten a single one! No stars if possible.

One of the worst property management companies i have Ever dealt with. Don’t expect repairs on your property. They will literally ignore you. No matter how serious it is. don’t expect your phone calls or emails to be returned. I have Been telling this joke of a company for almost a year about the issues at my house and have yet to get them fixed. It’s so bad my Home that i have Lived at for 3 years it’s now unsafe and unhealthy and Aquia Realty could careless. I am currently looking for another rental, clearly far far away from these people. Holes in the floor, gas leak at the over/stove, roof leaks in every room (literally every room have water damage), visible black mold in multiple rooms. Honestly, the list goes on and on. Do not deal with these people!

“Reggie” was rude and unprofessional the day I went to fill out application. She Made me and my husband feel as if we were inconveniencing her by not having all the required documentation (because someone failed to mention it to us). Also she only looked at my husband when I was speaking to her. Addressing him as if she was not even engaging me in conversation. There are horror stories all over their reviews about not getting deposits back. There are very few positive reviews they have ... and after not even an hour of dealing with them I can see why. So glad I stopped the process before I got too far in.

Lori Bartholomew is the best. Very helpful and pleasant. Best customer service I ever dealt with. Look forward to doing more business with her. Thanks for everything Lori.

This company is the absolute worst they don’t clean their properties before lease changes they don’t provide adequate information and do not give the proper keys for you property and then they tell you to go make copies yourself wow. I will never do business with is company again. Absolute worst experience in my life.
