Aquia Fifteen Apartments at Towne Center

My grandma has been staying here for the past two years, and I can’t say enough good things about the leasing office and staff. They have always been kind, patient, and incredibly helpful. A special thank-you to TINA in the office—she consistently checked in on my grandma and truly went above and beyond to make sure she was okay. When we needed to end the lease early, the team was very understanding and supportive, which meant a lot to our family during that time. We’re very grateful for the care and compassion shown throughout her stay. Highly recommend.

Living at Aquia 15 Apartments has been one of the most frustrating and genuinely traumatizing experiences of my life. What started as a simple lease renewal turned into months of wasted time, anxiety, and outright deception from management. I've called repeatedly, visited the office in person, and received phone assurances that issues were "resolved" – only to see nothing change days later. I even deleted a previous negative review based on their promises, but here we are again with the same unresolved problems. This review stays forever. Outside of an upstairs inconsiderate neighbor, the staff and location is amazing. I’ve enjoyed my time here and every interaction I’ve had with the staff. This was the first apartment I’ve ever moved into and they made it very cut and dry. Super convenient location too

I've enjoyed my time at Aquia Fifteen Apartments at Towne Center so far. The staff is responsive and quick to address any concerns, and my maintenance requests have been handled promptly. There's plenty of parking, and while I haven't had the chance to explore the property yet (pool, fitness center, etc)my building is generally quiet. At times, movement from above can be noticeable, but overall, it's a comfortable and well-managed community that I would recommend.

I have been living here for 3 years and counting and I have enjoyed it so far. The staff at the leasing office are great and always ready to assist you. What I love more is the security, peace and quiet that I get here. I strongly recommend making Aquia 15 part of your top 3 searches when looking for an apartment in Stafford!
