I had an amazing experience touring this apartment community! From the moment I walked in, the office staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. Michelle especially stood out — she was knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. She made the entire tour smooth, informative, and enjoyable. You can really tell she cares about providing great service. I wanna say that Michelle the Assistant Apartment Manager worked with me for 3 months and kept in contact with me and kept me updated on apts till she found me the one I wanted. Just moved in on February 2026. The staff is amazing. If I could give Michelle 10 stars I would. I Love My Place. Thnx Michelle

THIS IS AN UPDATE FROM MY PREVIOUS RATING: I never ever leave bad review regardless of the situation but these apartments are trash. I had started seeing roaches within 9 months of living here. The management and bug guy said that I didn’t have an infestation bug, but there was. I was told by a judge that they didn’t break the Colorado's warranty of habitability. also the bug spray guy said he told management and she said that we didn’t have infestation and there was no need to check the surrounding apartments. My neighbor got out of her lease because she saw 4-5 roaches and her lawyer told them that they broke the Colorado's warranty of habitability which it caused her high anxiety and severe panic attacks. But again they claim she had no roaches, But was let out her lease. They will cl
