Applewood Gables Townhomes

We hit a couple bumps in the road at first but the maintenance has been responsive with any requests we have put in and their online portal is easy to navigate for paying rent and anything else you need to do. The kids and parents in the community are friendly and have accepted my toddler into their little friend group.

I have lived here for 2 years now and I’m very pleased. My family feels safe in our cozy townhouse. In the few instances I have had maintenance issues, management was very responsive and quick to fix the issue. I love that there are assigned parking spaces too. It is a very pretty and well maintained complex.

These townhomes are an amazing deal! With the amount of space you get plus the high quality of the townhomes, you can't find anyplace else around that will beat their price. The managers have been exceptionally easy to work with and have taken care of any issue I've had very quickly. Not sure what some other reviewers are talking about with black mold. I have never seen any black mold whatsoever around my home. Pretty sure some of those people have never even lived here. The grounds are beautiful! Lush green grass, lots of flowers, bushes, and trees. It's a nice, quiet area. No big parties or loud people around. It's a very convenient location. Close to the Colorado Mills mall, grocery stores, shopping centers, restaurants, and banks. Would very highly recommend!

I have had the greatest pleasure of living at Applewood Gables for the past seven years! Awesome management, owners, maintenance, and neighbors ever! Love Zeke and Trish the new property managers—they are awesome! This property looks great and it keeps getting better! You will not be sorry for living here—-wonderful place to raise your family 😊😊😊😊

Based on the reviews, I won’t be living here and also what kind of rental property only post photos of grass and not the property itself. There’s one photo and it shows a bunch of trash behind the building and the rest of the photos are all of the grass outside. That’s not a good sign when they do that.
