Apple Tree Apartments

At first they treat you pretty good, the bad thing is when you report an issue in your appartment. You have to beg them every single day for them to "try" to fix it. Two weeks ago my family and i got kicked out just because we reported a leak on our bathroom. We told maintenance and the manager as well at least 3 times about it everytime our neighbor upstairs used his bathroom the water fall all over our bathroom floor. We got tired of cleaning that nasty water every single day. And we told them we wouldn't pay rent until they fix it. The manager told my wife it would cost up to $600 to fix it and that was too much money and didn't know when they would be able to fix it because of the cost. She said to wait for the letter from court for our last move out notice!. Since we saw they weren't

It's a very quiet neighbor and its kept fairly clean
