Apex One91

I moved to Connecticut from the South and lived in Hartford my first year before getting married and moving to Manchester. I have to say that ApexOne91 has been such an amazing experience compared to the previous apartment complex I lived at in Hartford. Jen has been absolutely amazing to work with. If I have any questions or requests about the apartment or anything in general she is so quick to help or answer the questions. She truly cares about her tenants and you can tell. Our apartment is really nice with a great balcony. It’s pet friendly and our little fur baby loves walking around and exploring the property. During the summer time the pool is a great accommodation to have. The gym has dumbbells and exercise machines which are enough for me. I would definitely rate ApexOne91 5/5, Jen

Jen at the leasing office has made so many improvements in the last few months. Laundry, trash management, repairs, complex safety, and general organization are all so much better. All in all a very nice place to live.

Jen is AMAZING! She has been so helpful and understanding through the entire rental and move-in process! The grounds are beautiful and maintenance keeps the walkways clear and salted in the winter time. The amenities are wonderful and I am so happy I live here!

Outstanding Customer Service from Jen at Apex 191! I’ve had a fantastic experience at Apex 191, and a big part of that is thanks to the exceptional customer service from Jen in management. From day one, she’s been responsive, professional, and genuinely caring. Whether it was helping with the application process, answering questions promptly, or making sure everything in my apartment was just right, Jen consistently went above and beyond. It’s rare to find someone who is not only efficient but also truly kind and approachable. She made the move-in process smooth and stress-free, and continues to be a great resource for residents. Apex 191 is a beautiful place to live, and knowing the management team is this supportive makes it even better. Highly recommend!

I love my one bedroom Apartment here! Jen and Sarah , ladies in main office are so very kind and have treating me like family, being here 3 months now:) the complex is quite and VERY well kept.A three minute walk will get you to restaurants, shopping plaza with ShopRite, an urgent care facility, dollar tree and Ocean state job lot, and if fast food is your thing (Popeyes,McDonalds, Wendy’,Subway,DD, Starbucks, just walk to the front and there they all are. Oh! The gym is great and the outdoor pool with showers and bathrooms are perfect! Home sweet home! 🤗💯🤗p.s. Spencer is a busy street, you’ll never know it through with the Apt. Complement set back off front of street .. it’s like being in the country and the city , your choice! Definitely would give more than five stars if I could 🙆🏻‍♀️
