Living at the Apartments at PineBrook is great! The office staff & maintenance crew are exceptional. I’d like to give extra kudos to Mark & Darinda they always go above & beyond! We love our home here at Pine Brook. Its great living in a safe neighborhood with friendly neighbors. The Maintenance staff take care of the building and any maintenance issues very quickly. The landscaping is beautiful and the property is kept clean. Also it’s a dog friendly property and they have ample doggy stations as well as a dog park.. The area is so convenient to everything. You have restaurants three blocks away a little farther down is Main Street for shopping eating etc. The Reservoir is behind the apartment complex. I spent here a year and two months. It’s clean and beautiful. It has big rooms and big closets. Although there is no special washing machine for clothes, the laundry room is very clean. The neighbor is safe and nice. There is a quick service. Leasing office offers free printing, computers, coffee, and dessert. There is a gym and an outdoor swimming pool. Beautiful nature. All kinds of beautiful colorful flowers and trees you can see there. There is a playground. It’s near Newark shopping center, near Main Street. There is bus stop of University of Delaware. It is near another big playground and near a nice park. There is an amazing brook near there. You can see many cute deers and ducks around. At night outside becomes quite and romantic. This place is DISGUSTING! The new property management company is GARBAGE! I have lived here for several years under the previous property management company and had a great experience and very few issues. Since the new owners (or should I say SLUMLORDS) bought the complex, it has been going downhill fast. Here is a list of issues that I have experienced since the new company took over: They no longer clean common areas like the hallways and laundry room, my building has not been cleaned in almost 9 months! The “gym” is also a joke. It smells foul and the air conditioner wall unit does not actually cool the room down. Most of the equipment is either broken or too dirty to use. Water, heat, and electricity are CONSTANTLY being shut off with no notice or very short notice. Most of these insta

I truly loved my stay in this apartment! The place is clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable and very safe I never had any problems, Some nights I even forgot to close and lock my door when I went to work and I never felt stressed or worried about it. And you have a lot of space to park your cars. Everything is exactly as described, if not better. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with all amenities nearby (shops, transportation, restaurants). If you want to visit ask for Maria! She is very responsive and helpful, which makes the whole experience even better. You really feel at home from the moment you arrive. Best first apartment anyone could ever ask for. My experience here has been nothing but amazing, and even though it does need updating, you can't beat the staff as well as the tenants here. I was informed in my past that leasing professionals are hard to deal with, but that was never the case when I had a number of issues arise during my stay. The staff members made it very pleasing and more than comfortable to share my input. I'll have nothing but good memories here! The Apartments at Pine Brook have set a high standard.
