Apartment Rentals Pullman Office

5 star review so my review isn't deleted. Do not rent throught this company, especially for the markley dr. Complex. These apartments have mold in the floors, the maintenance team is cocky. All the tennants share a giant water heater. My current complex has 15 units and we all share a water heater. Coin op laundry. It takes 15 minutes for the warm water to heat up from the sink. The shower does a hot cold hot cold thing and they claim its not a problem. Drug users and porch pirates live here. Squaters are in and out of empty units constantly. The floors, if you have carpet, are absolutely disgusting. landlord of this company is the worst slumlord out there and he lives in Panama. The management is idiotic and they won't help you with your apartment issues unless it's an emergency. I had a

I've been renting with this company for almost 5 years now and it's been a wonderful experience. The prices are unbeatable. My 3 bedroom apartment is super spacious and includes a full size stacked W/D. I absolutely love the location! I really appreciate that they are so pet friendly because my furbabies are family! The grounds keeper does a fantastic job. The office staff is always very helpful. It's so convenient that I can submit my maintenance requests through the new tenant portal. I've recommended this company to several friends and they've all had pleasant experiences too. Highly recommend.

Apartment rentals are the most disrespectful and unclean people they gave us a cockroach infested apartment and unhabitable place to live And Nicole and Tim are the nastiest people and very rude to ever meet .they take advantage of elderly people and disabled people. And hud will be notified.Warning You All People now don't rent from this company ever if you don't want to get SCAMMED

Giving this five star review directly to Nicole. Nicole has been such an incredibly kind, amazing, supportive person that has been working with apartment rentals Inc for around a year now. Anytime there's ever been any issues or I've had any struggles with anything relating to my apartment she has always been extremely friendly and helpful in assisting me with whatever's going on. I never feel worried about communicating anything when I'm speaking with her and she always makes me feel really comfortable and welcomed. Apartment Rentals was a great fit for our daughter. Tim the head manager and Nicole in the office made us feel like our daughter was in safe hands. They took the time needed to find the right apartment in our price range. It was clean and the location was perfect. Thank you apartment Rentals.
