ANV Construction Group Inc

This builder is building a house down the road from us. Construction started almost a year ago and the exterior of the house has not been completed. No one has worked on the house in weeks! I am now updating this review. (5/18/2018) It has almost been two years since they broke ground to build this house on our street. It has been a trash dump almost since day one. The house is still incomplete. Parts of the roof are still not finished and the wood is rotting. Earlier this week, the port-a-potty blew over from a storm. As you can see in the photo, it is still laying on its side. ANV even took down their sign, I'm guessing because they are too embarrassed to admit they are the builder. Don't use this builder!

We built house with ANV years ago in Viemna and the house turned out perfect. Would highly recomend They did great job as well as all their finish work.

I have done work with over 50 builders in the floorcovering industry, and would rate The ANV Group as one of the best builders in the DC Metro, Northern VA, Maryland Area. At each step of the process, there are extra steps integrated into the process to ensure his customers get the extra treatment. Their Design experience is unparalleled to anyone in the industry, and their flair for detail is second to none! Behind the scenes will tell all as I have seen with my own eyes the difference. If you plan on building a home, or even just considering, I would talk to Neil Puri first.

The most horrible builder in NOVA. Please stay away from this builder that has non-existent customer service, slowest building process and deceptive building prices. The price does not include site work, driveway, grading, landscaping and other numerous fees and permits that you are responsible for. After the house is built, they will deny your requests to come back and fix/repair pending issues. Google search for more horror stories and don't give them a chance. I would like to give negative stars if I could.

I recently was invited to a house warming in a beautiful house in McLean. The homeowners were very happy and full of great compliments for ANV group. He gave us a tour of his house and was ecstatic about his new house. Ragha
