Antioch Family and Senior Apartments

Place is nice unfortunately senior buildings need more maintenance in areas like tree and bushes trimming. Also concrete areas like hallways need to be power washed not just sweeps or mopping.

I have thought long and hard about whether to post. Most of the time, my experiences are good ones. However, in regards to my refrigerator. I put in 3 maintenance requests for my freezer. It was looked at twice and suggestions were made to me. The 3rd request was was a pain. I called in Thursday before Labor Day. Asking that I wanted to be here. I waited several days at home, making sure to be here. It was several days, and several calls to the office. Finally, management got them here & it was resoved. In conclusion, I am disabled. I went out a few days ago to see my van was blocked by the maintenance electric cart parked in the space between the 2 handicap spaces. Antioch Family is a wonderful place to live. I haven’t experienced any major issues, and they’re always very responsive when it comes to work orders. The maintenance team does an excellent job keeping the property clean and well-maintained. I’d confidently give them a 5-star rating. The ladies in the front office are extremely kind, professional, and always helpful. Overall, I truly appreciate the sense of community and care here—it feels like home.- Dasia M

I submitted a request for something simple and a few weeks later it hasn’t been completed. I have had to repeatedly reach out to the office. I have called each week and still the job hasn’t been completed. The maintenance supervisor is either too busy and or doesn’t care about customer service and image of the company. It’s unprofessional and unacceptable by any means. It’s mind boggling how he gets away with this kind of service and isn’t held accountable for his lack of interest in doing his job completely and half completing repairs. And today 1/10/26 it still hasn’t been completed and I am over the none-sense.

This review has been a long time coming. I’m giving 5 starts for the service and the ladies in the office! If I could give more than 5 I would! I see a couple reviews stating the staff is “ Unprofessional, GHETTO, and misbehaving staff” but that is NOT true! In my opinion the people who state that are the ones who are GHETTO and misbehaved and mad at the fact that they can’t get what they want or go into the office demanding something or already with an attitude and come out surprised at the response they get. I’ve never had an issue with any of the staff ! At the end of the day, they are normal people like us just trying to do their jobs!
