Not a respectful landlord. Mixed up paperwork with other tenant properties and proceeded to tell me that it was my fault. Would not provide notice to the appropriate person when entering the home. Damaged personal property during such entries. Left a large portion of the home unusable due to construction (that was not mentioned upon signing of lease), but refused to reduce rent while construction was underway. Would have taken to court if it would not have cost me more than I would have gotten. He's an awful person and landlord.

Horrid experience. Do not give this man your money. My experience is my own I can't speak for the others. After constructively evicting my family of four by not fixing mold (see photos), he retaliated by hiding the mold test results and claiming there was no mold or tests done, throwing our stuff into the street, listing my home for rent starting date a month before our lease is up and wrote up reviews on our home cleaning company saying WE STOLE from HIM!! While we were letting him know the place was not abandoned, he never filed paperwork he just hired these guys that I kid you not self identify as "gangsters" to empty our home out while we were away. Do not rent or work with Mountain States Properties or specifically, Anthony Smith. Extremely unprofessional, patronizing, and has complete disregard to his tenants private living spaces and lease agreements. Do not rent from him or here!!! Beware. I wish I could do 0/5 stars.

Anthony has been a blessing and a privilege to rent from his company is highly recommended if your a renter
