Anthem Town East Apartments

I cannot wait until I move out of here..smh the worst place I have ever lived! Kids sit on the stairs making noise..throw trash all over the property. And the rent is 2 grand here..I should have followed my first mind about moving. Management does not hardly address the littering and loud noise of kids. Some of the females that live here walk around with private parts hanging out and just looking a mess..no kind of respect for the neighborhood and people that live here. A guy playing with a gun in front of the camera...cocking it and all..it took management just about the full time to of the eviction process to get them out of there. The parking is terrible...I am sure mostly because residents are trashing it. Stairwells and Breezeways stay trashed and dirty...requested months ago for it

I have been living at this location since February 2025. I am very pleased 100% with all the amenities that they have to offer. But what makes it work for me is the office staff always so helpful even when I had trouble uploading their App and filling stuff out. I have to acknowledge the maintenance crew they are 100% on point. When I put in a request it is handled within 24 hours. I had 8 small request recently and came home and everything was completed. Thanks Anthem Town East for all that you do to make my home living very comfortable.💜👍🏾💜

Roaches since day one. They moved me in a apartment knowing they had roache problem in that unit. They are so bad that I've even seen them in my bed twice. I cant even sleep peacefully. Everytime i come home i kill atleast 4. I've reported the issue to the office. They dont seem to really care. They told me I have to pay almost $3,000 to get out of my lease which is over in December.. So basically I have to deal with this for a few more months. I hate it here.. I work to hard to deal with this bull.. Plus my neighbors are extremely nasty. I reported them to the office as well. They dont care in the office. Hell I still never received a trash can to put the trash in for outside that they're supposed to give you when you move in. I been here almost a year. Run from these apartments. Looks

I lived here for about two years and stayed in three different apartments due to personal family changes. Each apartment was up to my satisfaction, and I always felt comfortable calling this community home. Maintenance deserves special recognition — their response time, attention to detail, and ability to resolve issues was outstanding. The previous manager was also amazing and truly cared about residents, and while I believe she moved on to another property withing the same management corporation, the current staff continues that same level of professionalism. Lizeth in particular is one of the sweetest and most professional young ladies you could imagine. She consistently goes above and beyond for residents, and in my opinion, she deserves recognition for the way she performs her job a

Been here at town east anthem for almost 4 years. Never had a problem. Maintenance is always on time when ever we have an issue, management is always ready to assist with any issues that I have and the property is well secured. I really enjoy living here.
