Anthem Luxury Living

We recently moved into Anthem Luxury Living and love the community. Neighbors are kind. Hallways are clean. A lot of reviews here mention that it's "loud" - we disagree - while you might hear small sounds from time to time overall it's very quiet. We had a few major issues at move in (a sink leak, a refrigerator that was freezing everything, etc) and we expect issues to arise like that occasionally. The important part to note is that Anthem staff was in our unit nearly every single day until the issue(s) were resolved. Communication is extremely important and many landlords fail in that, but Anthem has been fantastic. I'd recommend getting an underground parking spot if you can because parking on the road after a heavy snowstorm isn't always the easiest. "Free" (included) water. The vie

We've lived in our apartment for two years. It faces the river and offers us peaceful year-round views. Our corner unit is bright with natural sunlight and offers plenty of windows for fresh air. There are some things that everyone deals with in an apartment setting, but nothing major or disrupting here. The management team is remarkable. Sam, and Greg are A++ managers who respond quickly to questions or requests and who are incredibly kind and wonderfully professional. We are very fortunate to have them here. Living within walking distance to everything downtown is convenient and fun. Summers are amazing as you can hang out on the patio and listen to the live bands playing at local businesses. We've made friends here and have no complaints whatsoever.

Update February 2018: I'm pleased to say that all of my concerns below have been addressed and I know rate it 5 stars. I've lived here 3+ years now and love it. Anthem Luxury Living The units are nice. But the building is a mess. In the 5+ months I've lived here, the common areas have been cleaned around 3 times. Always garbage on the floor. Dirty elevators. The walls are chipped, gashes, drywall exposed, needs to be repainted. Alarms are always buzzing. Garage door has been broken twice. "On Site" management is here 2-3 days per week. This means UPS can only deliver 3 out of 5 tries. No trash cans in common areas for dog poop. If management bought a vacuum and used it twice a week, this would be a great place. I've been living here for almost a year now and I absolutely love the apartment complex, the location, and the management. I was lucky enough to get an apartment on the first floor. The room is naturally a 1ft taller than the rest so it just feels bigger in general and it was great for hauling in furniture, groceries, and so on. It's an easy walk to downtown where you can enjoy many of the restaurants, bars, breweries, and the Saturday farmers market. I don't understand anything about 'noise' complaints from other reviewers as I could rarely hear neighbors and often wondered if anyone else actually lived in the complex. Cost of rent is adequate for the experience and treatment you receive from staff. Good luck trying to find a nice place like this on the water for a similar price. As for

Planned on living here for a year or so. HAD to move out after a few months. Once the school year started, students living in this glorified dormitory with you have parties regularly and you can hear EVERYTHING if you share the floor, ceiling, or walls with them. Not kid friendly, our baby was woken up regularly due to the TERRIBLY insulated walls and parties happening. Had to call the police to get neighbors to be quiet, that's how desperate we were for sleep some nights. Even neighbors who were watching a movie or listening to music quietly, you can hear everything (coughing, conversations...no privacy!) We HAD to move out because my husband and i have full time jobs and can't afford getting 3 hours of sleep due to the music and yelling above us. Went to the secretary at the front
