Been living here since late 2023. Everything was great under meadow creek management. They changed management companies to Ansley Murrayhill and since then, things have gone downhill. The last two management companies under Ansley have severely lacked clear communication with residents. There have been multiple times where residents were not made aware of construction projects happening. I’ve been woken up to someone drilling holes in the concrete right outside my front door, holes still haven’t been filled even though management said they would contact the vendor to fill them(this was back in July 2025). I’ve been requesting a new window since late September 2025 for my toddlers room due to his window being extremely cracked around the seal, drafty, and mold/mildew growing under the windo

DO NOT LIVE HERE! This place was the best when it was Meadow Creek, and then they changed management. The new company does not care about you, the property, or following the law. My husband and I moved out a couple months ago, and according to Oregon Law ORS 90.300, we were supposed to receive our deposit back within 31 days or an itemized list of deductions. It’s been almost 2.5 months and they have stopped communicating with us and have now “ghosted us”. They’ve stopped responding to emails and phone calls. They stole our deposit and despite our efforts of reaching out to the management company directly we have not had resolution. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! We originally moved into this place and fell in love with the environment and how communicative and understanding the staff had been. But a little less than a month ago, me and my roommates discovered a horrible mold infestation in all of our apartment windows(more than the photos show, but that’s all I had in photos.) Because whenever it rains all the rain from outside floods into our windowsills and into the floor. We have tried to wipe it off as we can , but it seems to not be helping since there’s mold infesting every window of our apartment. The leasing office ignored us for a week until we sent a passive aggressive email about how sick we all are, and how sick our cat is. We tried to call and were ignored and not called back. READ THIS IF YOU LIVE HERE OR ARE WANTING TO (for some reason) UPDATE 3/9/26 I am done having hope that this community can be one worth living in as management shows all of us time and time again that they simply do not care. We paid a visit to the office regarding us paying $400 more a month for rent than what they’re currently offering for our unit. Simply asking for any adjustment was met with scoffs. I couldn’t get a single thought out without being talked over by the self-proclaimed customer service guru they call Alma? Elmo? She told us “be happy with what you’re paying and be even happier we aren’t raising your rent” This is a completely inappropriate response, given we only moved units to get away from another tenant (WHO STILL LIVES THERE) who was harassing us, threatening

**This an updated review (1-star previously)** While I had some issues with an unaddressed maintenance issues in the past, it has since been resolved after further follow-up. I just wish they would've treated it with more urgency. While they are not perfect, I can see them trying to make improvements. Going forward though, I think they could benefit from better communication. Phone calls before apartment access would be nice, although I do understand they put out emails in advance. The added notice would be nice incase you are away at work. (I'm glad I have ring cameras) Trash hasn't been as bad, although enforcement on what constitutes "normal garbage" should be enforced; I'm tired of seeing people throwing out entire pieces of furniture by the curbside.
